Payments for any applicable fees or charges shall be made using a valid credit card, charge card, debit card, or other accepted payment forms as specified on our Websites for Paid Services.
- Canadagicc reserves the right to condition the use of all or part of its Websites, Offered Products, Software, or other services, including modifying Paid Services, or turning unpaid services into Paid Services without prior notice.
- Users may utilize the Software to check their eligibility for various visa or immigration options. The Offered Products and/or Software may only be used for their intended purposes and may not be used to prepare immigration forms or supporting documents professionally.
10. TRANSACTIONS, PAYMENT FRAUD, AND COLLECTION
- If any issues arise regarding any transaction, including financial reimbursements, please contact Canadagicc’s customer service. Should a customer unilaterally resolve a problem by canceling a transaction through their bank, Canadagicc reserves the right to contact the bank to reclaim the funds.
- Canadagicc reserves the right to perform credit checks and any necessary validations with third-party credit agencies based on payment details and other relevant information provided by you.
- Canadagicc may use third-party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions for processing payments made by you in connection with our services, Websites, Offered Products, and/or Software.
- If fraudulent payments or activities are suspected, including stolen credit cards or chargebacks, we reserve the right to block the suspected user account, cancel any refunds, and report the activity to relevant authorities.
11. NO GUARANTEE OF VISA ACCEPTANCE
- You understand that visa programs are evaluations based on Canadian authority, and no guarantee can be provided that a visa will be granted.
- Canadagicc does not issue immigration or other visas and provides data regarding current Canadian legislation and eligibility requirements without formal representation.
- Minimum eligibility requirements published by Canadian authorities are available on Canadagicc’s Websites. It is your responsibility to review the requirements and ensure you qualify.
- Canadagicc does not provide or claim to provide legal consultation, representation, advice, or immigration services and is not licensed to do so.
- Authorized Representatives: You acknowledge that Canadagicc may grant limited access to its Websites and/or servers to third-party immigration or visa consultants or lawyers authorized to provide services for a fee. Such access does not establish a consultant-client or attorney-client relationship. Authorized representatives may assess your qualifications for immigration or visa but do not guarantee the issuance of documents.
12. FEES & REFUND POLICY
- Fees paid to Canadagicc cover our costs and time in providing services. If you pay by credit card, your card will be charged immediately, even if we do not commence work at that time.
- No outcome guarantees are made, and no refunds will be issued if the intended outcome is not achieved. Clients pay for expertise and time, and while we strive for positive results, no refunds will be available for unsuccessful cases.
- Refunds are at the sole discretion of Canadagicc and will not exceed the amount paid for the remaining credit.
- If we suspect you are in breach of these Terms, including attempts to harm our Websites, all fees paid will not be recoverable.
- Refund requests can be submitted via phone or email and will be considered in a reasonable timeframe. Registration fees are non-refundable if you have submitted or commenced the submission of an application.
- Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment to Canadagicc.
13. USER ID AND PASSWORD
You are the sole authorized user of your user identification and password for Canadagicc, and you are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Please maintain the confidentiality of your login details and do not share them with anyone else. For security purposes, Canadagicc will not disclose your user identification or password to any third party. If you forget your credentials, you can recover them by following the instructions sent to the email address provided during registration.

- Apart from payment and essential personal information submitted through our forms, Canadagicc does not request any personal, confidential, or proprietary information from you.
