  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.

Responsible For
  • Invoicing: Generate and send accurate, timely invoices to clients.
  • Financial Transactions: Process adjustments, cancellations, credits, and cheque payments, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile cash transactions with financial statements to identify any discrepancies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general admin support including filing, data entry, answering phones, and managing courier services.
  • Product Assistance: Learn product codes to assist customers on the phone with inquiries and sales.

$68,000 - $82,000 annually
