Specific Skills

Skills Required:

3+ years of experience in Agile Project Management or Scrum Master roles, with a proven track record in managing both Agile and Waterfall projects
Certified Scrum Master with expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
Strong understanding of Agile Project Management workflows, including sprint backlogs, release burndown, and work-back schedules
Experience managing projects involving third-party vendors and complex technology components
Knowledge of risk management, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile ceremonies

Responsible For

Deliver initiatives using Agile and Iterative Waterfall methodologies, ensuring smooth communication across teams and stakeholders.
Remove impediments by proactively managing external dependencies and developing new solutions to ongoing challenges.
Drive team performance by promoting joint accountability and facilitating technical conversations across platforms.
Develop and manage project schedules, providing early warnings for potential risks and resolving issues promptly.
Oversee project financials, staffing levels, and report team progress to leadership.
Collaborate with internal and external partners, including vendors and IT teams, to deliver effective solutions.
Build presentations and reports for management-level meetings and committees.
Ensure the completion of risk assessments and execution of contingency plans.
Coach the scrum team to create successful products by applying appropriate processes.
