Penney Auto Body is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative Supervisor with strong interpersonal and leadership skills to join our team. This position offers permanent, full-time employment with flexible shift options, including day, weekend, and shift work.

Specific Skills
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Tagalog is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience (1-2 years in a related field).
  • Experience in supervising customer service teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime when needed.
Responsible For
  • Manage routine financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Coordinate tasks with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures.
  • Verify the accuracy of work performed by the team.
  • Identify training needs and provide staff development.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on operations.
  • Resolve work-related issues, offer technical guidance, and recommend productivity improvements.
  • Train staff on job duties, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and supervise 5 to 10 employees.
  • Manage customer service operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems, equipment, and machinery.
  • Organize inventory and manage supply requests.
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate documentation.
