Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support patients in mobility, including safe transfers and repositioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Provide companionship and engage patients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Monitor patients’ health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with administering medications under supervision.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare staff.
